Terms of Service

By accessing or using Move Crew Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Move Crew Hub is a marketplace platform that connects contractors (moving companies or individuals) with independent moving helpers for temporary moving assistance. The Platform facilitates job postings, applications, messaging, and payments.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current information during registration. You may not use another person's account without permission.

Contractors posting jobs on Move Crew Hub agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Communicate clearly with applicants
• Pay agreed-upon wages for completed work
• Comply with all applicable labor laws
• Not discriminate against any helper

Helpers using Move Crew Hub agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their skills and experience
• Only apply for jobs they can reasonably perform
• Communicate professionally with contractors
• Show up on time for accepted jobs or notify contractors promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws

All helpers using Move Crew Hub are independent contractors, not employees of Move Crew Hub or the contractors they work with. Move Crew Hub does not control the manner or method of work performed. Helpers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

Credits purchased on Move Crew Hub are non-refundable except as expressly stated. Job posting fees and credit rates are subject to change with notice. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading job listings
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's communication system
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform

Move Crew Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Move Crew Hub is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between users, lost wages, or failure to perform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
