Punctuality & Respect
Arrive at the job site on time. If there is a delay, notify the helper immediately. Respect their time and effort as professional independent contractors.
Safe Working Environment
Ensure that the working conditions are safe. Provide drinking water, and do not ask helpers to work under hazardous or dangerous conditions.
Equipping Your Team
Specify what tools are required for the job. If you require specialty tools that helpers don't usually bring, make sure you provide them.
Honest Reviews & Ratings
